HOW TO U SE
This product is for household use only.
G E T T ING STARTE D
• Remove all packing material, any stickers, and the plastic band around the
power plug.
• Remove and save literature.
• Please visit www.prodprotect.com/applica to register your warranty.
• Wash all removable parts as instructed in CARE AND CLEANING
section of this manual.

USIN G YO UR BLEN D ER

1. Make sure appliance is OFF and the jar is securely situated on the base.
2. Place foods to be blended into the jar. Do not fill past the 64 oz marking.
Note: when blending hot ingredients, only fill jar 2/3 full (A)
3. Place lid securely on jar; make sure lid cap is in place.
4. Plug power cord into outlet. Press ON/OFF button (B). The button will
illuminate, indicating blender is in STANDBY
mode.
Note: if no buttons are pressed within
60 seconds, the unit will automatically power off.
5. Press the desired speed button to start the
blender, or select AUTO plus the speed button
(#1-5) of desired pre-programmed cycle. The
LED will blink slowly when in use. (See AUTO
FUNCTIONS and SPEED CHART). When food
reaches desired consistency, press PULSE/
STOP button to stop blending. (C)
Note: When in use, do not leave blender
unattended.
6. When using the PULSE button, press and
hold the PULSE button several seconds then
release. Repeat until food reaches desired
consistency. Releasing pulse stops the
blending and the unit returns to STANDBY.
Important: Do not hold speed or pulse buttons
down when blending. Holding the button for
longer than 30 seconds will cause an error.
Unplug the unit to reset.
7. Remove the lid cap and drop ingredients
through the lid cap opening while the blender
is running (D). When blending hot liquids,
remove lid cap and cover opening with towel
to prevent hot liquids from splattering.
