Troubleshooting

No Power

■ LED indicators
Are the STAND-BY indicator (red) and POWER indicator (green) lighting?
If the STAND-BY and POWER indicators are not lighting, check the primary
circuit, Fuse (F602) and S6V of standby power supply circuit.
■ Fuses
Are the fuse (F601, F602, F603) on the AC filter board blown?
When all the indicators are not lighting, the fuse (F602) may be opened. When
the STAND-BY indicator is lighting and others are blinking, one of the fuses
(F601, F603) may be opened. If fuse (F601. F603) opens, the power supply
to the LAMP1/LAMP2, or LAMP3/LAMP4 will be cut off. Check the fuses. For
safety, replace it with a new fuse of the same type.
Fuse F601 is for PFC-1 (Lamp1 and Lamp2) circuit.
Fuse F602 is for Main supply circuit.
Fuse F603 is for PFC-2 (Lamp3 and Lamp4) circuit.
■ Thermal fuses
When the internal temperature near the lamps reaches near 99ºC, the thermal
fuses will be opened to cut off the power supply to the PFC board. The projector
turns into the standby mode. When the STAND-BY indicator is lighting and others
are blinking, one of the thermal fuses may be opened. Replace the thermal fuses.
For the safety, it is required to replace all the thermal fuses at once.
