Only use the "Combi mode Fan Plus" function to dry food so
that moisture can be dissipated.
^ Cut the food into similar sized pieces.
^ Divide the pieces out evenly on the rack or in a perforated
container.
^ Insert the condensate tray at the lowest level.
Bananas and pineapple are not suitable for drying in a steam
combi oven.
