NOTE: Turn the key switch to the
OFF position then back to the ON
position to reset the malfunction
code. If the code continues to be
displayed, take your ATV to an
authorized Arctic Cat Dealer for
EPS
system
servicing
resuming operation.
CAUTION
Never operate this ATV with a "P0635"
code indicated on the LCD gauge/
speedometer. This indicates a mal-
function in the EPS system control cir-
cuit and could result in a loss of power
steering assist.
In the event of electrical power failure,
the EPS system becomes disabled (simi-
lar to an automobile with the engine shut
off). Steering effort increases but steering
control can be maintained.

NOTE: All segments of the LCD
will activate for approximately two
seconds when the ignition switch is
rotated to the ON position.
1. Clock/Engine Hour Meter - The

and cannot be reset to zero. To set
the clock, use the following proce-

NOTE: Clock memory power is

"power-up" and reset. In the event
of clock memory power failure
(blown fuse, etc.), the gauge will
"power-up," reset, and shut down
repeatedly
power is restored. Always check the
15-amp
accessory fuse if
gauge condition is noted.
NOTE: The engine hour meter will
not activate until engine speed
exceeds 500 RPM.
2. Temperature Indicator - If the engine
coolant temperature exceeds the nor-
mal operating range, the temperature
icon will begin flashing and the
LCD will go blank for 30 seconds;
then the LCD will return to normal.
However, the temperature icon will
continue to flash.
CAUTION
Continued operation with high engine
temperature may result in engine dam-
age or premature wear.
NOTE: High engine RPM, low vehi-
cle speed, or heavy load can raise
ACE-015B
engine
temperature.
engine RPM, reducing load, and
selecting an appropriate transmission
gear can lower the temperature.
NOTE: Debris in front of the
engine (or packed between the
cooling fins of the radiator) can
reduce cooling capacity. Using a
hose, pressure-wash the radiator
and the engine to remove any
debris restricting air flow.
3. Mode Button - Shifts the gauge
through three set-up modes: speed-
ometer/tachometer, distance, and
