    Safety Information During installation Site the dishwasher and connect it up in accordance with the installation instructions. The dishwasher must not be connected to the electricity supply whilst installation is being carried out. Ensure that the domestic wiring is properly earthed. The mains electricity supply must conform to the details shown on the dishwasher rating plate.

    Installation Positioning the appliance Position the appliance in the desired location. The rear of the appliance should rest against the wall behind it and the sides, along the adjacent cabinets or walls. The dishwasher is equipped with water supply and drain hoses that can be positioned to the left or the right to facilitate installation.
  • Page 9 Adjustable screw Cold water connection If the water pipes are new or have not been used for some time, let the water run to make sure that the pipe is clear and free from impurities. Failing to do so may result in the water inlet becoming blocked and the appliance may be damaged as a result.

For non-wooden worktops (e.g.; marble) two solid worktop fixing brackets are provided to allow the appliance to be secured to the sides of the adjacent cabinets. These should be secured to the appliance using the two screws at the top of the chassis (see fig 1B), adjusted to the correct width and then screwed to the adjacent side panels using suitable screws.
  • Page 14 Installing the plinth Position the dishwasher in the cut out in the kitchen cabinet. Install the continuous plinth according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Slowly open the dishwasher door to see if it interferes with the plinth. If so, rest the bottom edge of the décor door panel against the plinth and mark the area to be cut.
