Rear Brake - Honda CRF50F 2004-2015 Service Manual

REAR WHEEL/BRAKE/SUSPENSION
Install the spring onto the brake rod and the joint
pin into the brake arm.
Connect the brake rod and install the adjusting nut.
Adjust the drive chain slack (page 3-13).
Tighten the axle nut t o the specified torque.
TORQUE: 47 N'm (4.8 kgf·m . 35 IbUt)
REAR BRAKE

Remove the brake panel from the rear wheel (page
13-5).
Measure the rear brake drum 1.0.
SERVICE LIMIT: 80.5

Measure the brake lining thickness.
SERVICE LIMIT: 2.0 mm (O .OS in)
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the brake shoes and spring.
