Description
The charging circuit of 56f16 is composed of over-current protection¡ B
battery over-voltage protection¡ B adaptor over-voltage protection circuit¡ B
charger IC control and sofeware charging control that are controlled by
Nausica (U3).56f16's adaptors are standard linear 3.6V/600mA charger
and switching VPA (cigarette charger) with 6V/400mA output.
The group of BQ5, DZ1, R62, R70, U16, and U21 compose the charger
over-voltage protection circuit and battery over-voltage protection.
The cut-off voltage is 6.8V and 4.4V for each. While the charger voltage
is over 6.8V, the circuit will turn on DZ1 and BQ5 by latching U12.G1 to
stop charging. Software will take over the charging task by controlling
