items are done:
(1) Set the correct com port and baudrat in option menu
(2) Choose Auto-calibration configure file. When you set up the
program success, we had assigned the default configure file.
What you want to do is to check or set the value of the field
Board_Address to your GPIB0 primary address.
For example: Auto-calibration configure file [GPIB_DEVICE]
Board_Address=0
(3) Check your target handset software version (you can input
*#300# int the keypad) and assign the correct database file
which dependent with the software version of target handset.
(4) Check your target handset hardware version (you can input
*#300# in the keypad). Then select your PA Type by your
hardware version. 1.0 for Conexant PA and 2.0 for Hitachi
PA. And input the hardware version of target handset in HW
Version field of window.
(5) Choose calibration items and frequency band in check box.
When all settings are done, just click the "Auto-Cal" button in
main window to start the calibration process.
(1) If the power supply is a supported type, the calibration will
start automatically, or you must operate it manually: Turn off
the power supply before the calibration start, and turn it on
immediately when the message Wait for target ready show
up. For details: If your power supply isn't supported by
dmtool, then you must turn off the power supply (please refer
the figure of "Calibration Connect Cable"), then the power
of target handset and Acer downloader will turn off. When
the message "Wait for target ready" show up, you must
turn on the power supply immediately. If your power supply is
supported by dmtool and you check up the Auto Power
Control check box, then the dmtool will auto do the all things
in the above.
(2) If the DmTool receive the signal from target handset, then it
will start to identify calibration device, and show up Identify
Calibration device... message. If the calibration device
identified ok, then it will start the calibration.
