NOTE:
Before installing the oil cooler, lubricate the oil

cooler bolt with engine oil.
Make sure that the O-ring is positioned proper-

ly.
Align the projection "a" on the oil cooler with
G
the slot "b" in the crankcase.

(with the specified amount of the recom-
mended coolant)
Refer to "CHANGING THE COOLANT" on
page 3-19.
Crankcase

(with the specified amount of the recom-
mended engine oil)

4. Check:

Leaks → Repair or replace any faulty part.
