"Cannot print."

Cause
The printer cannot print the
sent data.
The size of the paper in the
tray does not match the paper
size specified in the printer
driver.
The IP address setting is
incorrect.
A classification code is not
specified for the print job.
The printer cannot detect the
wireless LAN interface board.
A cover of the printer is open.
The duplex mode for the
indicated tray is not available.
An error on the Ethernet is
detected.
While printing a Sample Print,
Locked Print, Hold Print, or
Stored Print file, the maximum
file capacity was exceeded.
When Messages Are Displayed
Solution
Check that the file you want to
print is a supported file type.
Check the misfeeds and ask
your network administrator for
help.
Select a tray containing paper
that is the same size as the
specified paper size.
Check the IP address, subnet
mask, and gateway address.
Enter a classification code
using the printer properties
and print the document again.
Check that the board is
supported or installed
correctly.
Close the cover as indicated
on the control panel.
You can use one-sided
printing only. Press [Change]
to change the tray's settings,
press [JobReset] to reset the
job, or press [Form Feed] to
force printing.
Turn the printer off, and then
turn it on again. If the problem
persists, contact your sales or
service representative.
Delete unneeded files stored in
the printer.
