1. Open the rear cover.
2. Lower the envelope lever all the way down.
3. Close the rear cover.
• Be sure to raise the envelope lever after printing on envelopes.
Loading orientation for envelopes
The method for loading envelopes varies depending on the orientation of the envelopes. Be sure to
load envelopes with the correct orientation.
