Gas turbine type, supercharge air is cooled in
"air-air" exchanger which is to be fitted onto
the vehicle by the customer.
Consists of radial centripetal turbine and
centrifugal compressor, model B2G from
BORG WARNER
The cooling system is based on forced
cooling liquid circulation in a close loop. It is
fitted with a thermostatic device to keep
engine temperature in a steady state. Uses
all-season antifreezing carboxylated liquids.
Centrifugal type, built in the service module;
driven by polyvee belt.
Two thermostatic devices with solid-state
filler, valve in the drain hole, opening
temperature 82°C, ref. TC 117.1306100-05
Axial type, diameter 650 mm, shell ring on
the engine, with built-in viscous coupling
switched-in depending on the incoming air
flow temperature. Maximum idle r.p.m. 800

min .Mounted 225 mm higher than the
crankshaft axis.
