The injector 2 is installed into the cylinder head sleeve 7 and
fixed with a bracket 9 whose bolt is tightened to a certain torque (See
Appendix A "Tightening torques for the main threaded connections").
A sealing washer 8 is placed under the nozzle nut to prevent gas blow-
by from the cylinder. The injector is centered above the sleeve in the
cylinder head 28 mm bore. Also located here is the rubber sealing

ring 6.
The fuel is supplied to the injector via the side union 3 which is
installed in the cylinder head below the sealing ring 4. The injector/
union joint is sealed by means of a conical connection. The injector 2
