6. Fix parts according to reverse operation to the disassembly.

Front Wheel Alignment

Correct front wheel alignment can ensure the vehicle run in a good track. After a long
time use, doing some alignment work is needed.
a. Put the vehicle on level ground.
b. The "toe-in" of the front wheels should be 0.98 inch. It means the dimension A should
be 0.98 inch more than dimension B.
c. Turn the steering wheel to align the center of the steering-rack with the center of the
frame.
d. Loose the lock nuts on both ends of Front Tie Rods. Turn the 2 tie-rods forwards to
increase A and decrease B, backwards to decrease A and increase B. repeat it until
the dimension A and B meet the requirement described as item a. and then tighten
all the lock nuts on the both end of tie-rod.

Fuse and relay

To check or replace fuses:
1. Take off the cover of the fuse box. Press the hook down and pull off the cover.
2. Check and replace the fuse according the fuses and relays diagram.
