3. SWITCHING ON AND CONNECTIONS

3.1 CONNECTING PEDALS

The H1 model of Physis Piano comes with a set of pedals (Sustain, Sostenuto, Soft). Connect the 13-pins connector cable
of the pedal set to the [PIANO PEDAL STAND] connector of the piano's rear panel.

On H2 and H3 models, grab the cable of the single pedal provided with the instrument, and plug it into the [SUSTAIN]
connector.
Both models allow to connect other pedals, either foot-switch or expression (potentiometer) pedals to the [PEDALS] and
[FOOT CONTROLLER] connectors.

The Sostenuto and Soft pedals can be assigned different functions. For further information, see par. 11.6

Owners of Physis Piano H2 or H3 can still buy the pedal group as an optional. To do so, get in touch with your
favourite retailer.
