    National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1 -1988 (in the USA), and approved per local codes. Only qualifi ed (licensed or trained) personnel should install this product. The Estate Fireplace is designed to be framed at zero clearance COMBUSTIBLE MANTEL to combustible material with conventional lumber. Ensure framing dimensions are maintained during construction.

    Fig. # 8b Vent Cover VENT ADAPTER INSTALLATION Plate The Estate fi replace easily adapts to use either the Pacifi c Energy Flex Vent Cover Vent, or the Simpson Dura-Vent GS venting system. Each system Gasket requires a specifi c vent adapter. Use the Pacifi c Flex Vent adapter (ENCD.PEADPT) or the Dura-Vent adapter (ENCD.DVADPT).
