When changing the box attributes, specify information for the following, and
then click [Apply].

When logged on to Administrator mode, settings can be specified without
the password being entered into the "Current Password" box.
C250P
Description
Displays the box number. This cannot be changed.
Type in a box name of a maximum of 20 characters.
Type in the characters used for indexing. To add the
box to the "Main" group, select the check box.
Select the length of time that a document is stored in
the box.
Select this check box to change the setting for confi-
dential reception.
Type in the current password of a maximum of 8 al-
phanumeric characters.
Type in the new password. Enter 8 or less numbers.
The plus sign (+) and quotation mark (") cannot be
used.
Type in the new password again for confirmation.
