The filter protects the vacuum motor from damaging debris. Keep
it clean by removing vacuum hose and turning lid counter-clock-
wise to open. Remove stainless steel basket and gently rinse with
water. Dry with a soft cloth. Replace basket, lid and hose.

Detach: Flip-up latch.
Twist counter clockwise
for release.
lIFT HANDle: Use lift handle to prevent damage to unit.
