LEDs are here
on the electronics module,
when you remove the screen and look inside.
Meaning of Inside LEDs
Off when lamp is off.
LAMP ON
On when lamp is on.
May flash during lamp ignition
On when exhaust fan is running.
EXHT FAN
Off when exhaust fan is not running.
Flashes if exhaust fan is trying to run, but
rotor is not turning.
On when intake fan is running.
INTK FAN
Off when intake fan is not running.
Flashes if intake fan is trying to run, but
rotor is not turning.
On when unit is ready to accept an ON
STANDBY
command.
Off when lamp in on.
Flashes slowly (1/sec) during lockout
period; lamp cannot be lit during this
period.
Flashes quickly (2/sec) while lamp is
igniting.
On if all three temperature sensors are
TEMP
below their limits.
Flashes if any temperature sensor
exceeds its limit.
On if all electrical interlocks are closed
INTRLOCK
(normal).
Flashes if any interlock (rear access
door, light shield) is open.
On if currently selected source is valid.
SOURCE
Off if the currently selected source is not
valid or missing.
On for one second when a character is
RS232
ACT
received at the RS232 In connector,
whether it is a valid command or not.
Flickers when a valid command is
RS232
received that is addressed to this display,
CMD
whether it is a global address to all dis-
plays or specific to this one display only.
Flickers when any infra-red (IR) is
REMOTE
detected, whether it is from the remote
control or simply stray radiation in the
environment.
Flashes once per second to indicate that
CPU ACT
the CPU (central processing unit in the
electronics module) is active.
