Control Keys (V2.0 or later)

Determine the function of the phone control keys and the alpha keyboard (if present).
Each control key has the following syntax:

keyname=[TYPE][;LABEL][;PARAM1][;PARAM2][;PARAM3]
Where LABEL is unused in this context.
