Serial ATA Port # (Status)
Software Preserve Support
If the item SATA Mode Selection above is set to AHCI, the follow-
ing items are displayed:

Port 0 ~ Port 5

This item Enables or Disables SATA Ports 0~5. The options are Enabled
and Disabled.

Hot Plug

This feature designates the port specified for hot plugging. Set this item
to Enabled for hot-plugging support, which will allow the user to replace
a SATA disk drive without shutting down the system. The options are
Enabled and Disabled.

External SATA

This item Enables or Disables External SATA (eSATA) support. The options
are Enabled and Disabled.

SATA Device Type

This feature configures the selected SATA port to support either a solid
state drive or hard disk drive. The options are Hard Disk Drive and
Solid Sate Drive.

Spin Up Device

On an edge detect from 0 to 1, set this item to allow the PCH to start
a COMRESET initialization
