Troubleshooting the Installation Use the following tips for troubleshooting the installation. None of the LEDs are on when I power on the DDW262.G. Verify the power outlet is energized and the power adaptor is connected to the power outlet.
Accessing the Web User Interface The Web user interface allows you to view modem settings and monitor the DDW262.G Wireless Cable Modem and Router. Users are able to access different options based on their login: user or administrator. Accessing the Web Interface as a User Use the following procedure to access the Web interface as a basic user.
Different options are available in the Web user interface depending on the mode and the type of user logged in: subscriber or administrator.
