012-966 SCRATCH SHEET COMPILE

Description An abnormal paper (SCRATCH SHEET) is output
to the COMPILER.
Though it is possible to run the following Diag on
the machine not installed with the Finisher, an error
will be displayed.
BSD on : CH11.11B
Procedure
This Fault Code is an operation message. No need for
servicing.

012-969 IOT TOP TRAY FULL

Description The TOP TRAY FULL SENSOR has detected
FULL status for 10 sec continuously.
Though it is possible to run the following Diag on
the machine not installed with the Finisher, an error
will be displayed.
BSD on : CH11.3 CH11.11A
Procedure
Enter DC330 [012-215] and turn it On.
Bring paper near the TOP TRAY FULL SENSOR, then away
from it.
Is the display switched between H and L?
Y N
Check the TOP TRAY FULL SENSOR using the Generic
Reflective Sensor Failure FIP.
Check the sensor for improper installation. If no problems are
found, replace the FINISHER PWB (PL15.13).
