Check the wire between the AC
DRIVE PWB J590-2 and the MCU
PWB J404-8 for an open circuit and
poor contact.
If no problems are
found, replace the MCU PWB.

an open circuit and poor contact.
Replace the AC DRIVE PWB. (PL9.2)
Check the wires between the AC DRIVE PWB FS47

DRIVE PWB FS48 and the FUSER ASSY J600-12
for an open circuit and poor contact.
Check the wire between the AC DRIVE PWB J590-3 and
the MCU PWB J404-7 for an open circuit and poor
contact.
Check the wire for a short circuit to the frame. If no problems
are found, replace the MCU PWB. (PL13.1)

FAN
The system detected a failure of the FUSER FAN,
LVPS FAN, or REAR FAN before servicing.

Procedure (for FUSER FAN)
The procedures for the LVPS and REAR FAN are described
after this procedure.
Run DC330 [004-050].
Is the FUSER FAN revolving at high speed?

Is +24 VDC measured between the FUSER FAN J222-4
(+) and GND (-)?
Y
N
Check the +24DC circuit to FUSER FAN J222-4 by
referring to Chapter 4 Wiring Data.
