To check the availability of information for an
album
You cannot retrieve information for the album using the Gracenote CDDB if you have
deleted or moved any song from it. Follow the procedure below to check whether you
can retrieve information for a certain album from the Gracenote CDDB database.

Carry out steps 1 and 2 from the "To retrieve/update album
information" procedure (see page 21).
A list of the albums in the selected group appears.

Use u/d to select the album and press i.
The property screen for the selected album appears.
If "Can be updated" appears in the "CDDB Info." field, you can retrieve information
for the album from the Gracenote CDDB database. If "Cannot be updated"
appears, you cannot retrieve information as a song has been deleted or moved
from the album.
