Use u/d to select the function for which you want to enable/disable
the lock and press SELECT.
To return to the menu selection screen, press BACK.
The Lock ON/OFF screen appears.

To enable the lock for the selected function, press SELECT to place
a check in the checkbox, and then use u/j/d/i to select "OK" and
press SELECT.
To disable the lock, press SELECT to remove the check, and then select "OK"
and press SELECT.
The Lock function for the selected function turns on/off.
To enable/disable locks for other functions, repeat steps 4 and 5.

To operate locked functions (password access)

If the function you select is locked, the password entry screen appears. In this case,
follow the procedure below to operate the locked function.
Use u/j/d/i and SELECT to enter the password, and then select
"OK" and press SELECT.
To cancel entering the password, select "Cancel" and press SELECT.
The selected function becomes accessible.
Restricting access to functions (Lock function)
If you forget your
password
Reset the password to the default
setting (see page 8).
