In that case, indoor fan and compressor stop operation. In 30s later, outdoor fan will stops operation and compressor will increase
frequency for defrosting. In another 30s later, 4-way valve stops operation. When compressor has operated for defrosting for 7.5min,
or when Toutdoor pipe ≥10°C, compressor will operate at 46Hz. In 30s later, compressor will stop operation and in another 30s
later, 4-way valve will operate. In 60s later, compressor and outdoor fan will operate while indoor fan will operate at the cold air
prevention operation. H1 will be displayed and frequency for defrosting is 85Hz. In heating mode, if compressor stops operation due
to malfunction, indoor fan will operate at the mode of blowing residual heat.
3. In this mode, set temperature range is 16~30°C.
Protection when total current increases and frequency decrease
When total current Itotal≤A, the frequency is allowed to increase;
When total current Itotal≥B, the frequency is forbidden to increase;
When total current Itotal≥C, the compressor decreases frequency;
When total current Itotal≥D, compressor stops operation. In 30s later, outdoor fan stops operation.

Protection Function and Malfunction Code
1.Overload Protection
In cooling mode, temperature of outdoor heat exchanger will be detected and in heating mode, temperature of indoor heat exchanger
will be detected.
(1)When Tpipe≤T1, previous operation status will be resumed;
(2)When Tpipe ≥T2, frequency is forbidden to increase;
(3)When Tpipe≥T3, compressor decreases frequency;
(4)When Tpipe ≥T4, compressor stops operation;
In cooling and drying:T1=52°C,T2=55°C,T3=58°C,T4=62°C;
In heating:T1=50°C,T2=53°C,T3=56°C,T4=60°C;
In auto heating or heating mode, indoor fan will blow residual heat and then stop operation. In other mode, indoor fan will operate at
set fan speed.
2. Delay for protection of compressor: when compressor stops operation, it has to wait for 3min. and then it can be restarted up
again. Once compressor starts up, it will not stop operation due to change of temperature within 6 minutes.
3.Compressor Discharge Temperature Protection
(1)When Tdischarge ≥98°C,frequency is forbidden to increase;
(2)When Tdischarge ≥103°C,compressor decreases frequency;
(3)When Tdischarge ≥110°C,compressor stops operation;
(4)When Tdischarge ≤90°C,protection will be released.
4.Communication malfunction: if correct signal is not received for continuous 3min., there is communication malfunction and the unit
will stop operation.
(1)Module protection: when module protection occurs, compressor will stop operation. When compressor has stopped operation
for 3min., compressor will resume operation. If module protection has occurred for accumulated 6 times as compressor starts up,
compressor will not starts up anymore.
(2)When voltage of DC bus bar is lower than 150V or higher than 420V, outdoor fan will stop operation in 30s later. When it is higher
than 200V and lower than 400V and compressor has stopped for 3min, compressor will resume operation. When low pressure
protection occurs, main relay will be cut-off. When low pressure protection is released, main relay will operate.
(3)When overload malfunction occurs, compressor stops operation and outdoor fan stops operation in 30s later; when malfunction is
removed and the compressor has stopped operation for 3min, it will resume operation.
(4)Module temperature protection:
When Tipm≥90°C, frequency is forbidden to increase;
When Tipm≥95°C, compressor decreases frequency;
When Tipm≥100°C, compressor stops operation;
When Tipm≤85°C, protection will be released.
(5) Compressor power protection:
When Pc≥1500W, frequency is forbidden to increase;
When Pc≥1600W, compressor decreases frequency;
When Pc≥1800W, compressor stops operation;
When Pc≤1400W, protection will be released.
Temperature Sensor Malfunction
Outdoor ambient temp sensor: it is detected that temp sensor is short or open circuit for continuous 30s; Outdoor pipe temp sensor:
it is detected that temp sensor is short or open circuit for continuous 30s, which will not be detected within 10min. after defrosting.
Discharge temp sensor: it is detected that temp sensor is short or open circuit for continuous 30s after compressor has operated for
3min.
