WARRANTY
This Nemic-Lambda product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from
date of shipment .During the warranty period, Nemic-Lambda will, at it's option,either repair or replace products which
prove to be defective.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

The warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate usage or maintenanceby the
buyer, buyer supplied products or interfacing. The warranty shall not apply to defects resultingfrom unauthorized
modifications or from operation exceeding the environmental specifications of the product or if the QA seal has been
removed or altered by anyone other than Nemic-Lambda authorised personnel. Nemic-Lambda does not warrant the
buyers circuitry or malfunctions of Nemic-Lambda products resulting from the buyer 's circuitry. Furthermore, Nemic-
Lambda does notwarrant any damage occurring as a result of the buyer 's circuitry or the buyer 's - supplied products.
WARRANTY SERVICE
This product must be returned to an authorized Nemic-Lambda service facility for repairs or otherwarranty service.
For products returned to Nemic_Lambda for warranty service, the buyer shall prepay shipping charges to Nemic-
Lambda and Nemic-Lambda shall pay the shipping charges toreturn the product to the buyer. Refer to section 3.11 for
repackaging for shipment.
