CHOOSING WEIGHT
After deciding on workout time,
press the WEIGHT L or M button.
The default Weight of 150
pounds will flash in the second
window. Continue to set the
appropriate Weight. Press START
and begin exercising.
CHANGING RESISTANCE
There are two ways to increase
your workload. You can pedal
faster, or you can turn the tension
knob which is located below the
console. The tension knob will
adjust to one of 16 levels of
resistance.
