    Press ENTER or Wait 5 seconds. Selecting START will begin workout. NOTE MATRIX design makes using the programs as easy as one touch of a button. Select Weight by using the UP or DOWN arrow keys. STEP 4 Start pedaling and press QUICK START to begin workout.
