AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF
The dehumidifier h as a waterlevel control switch that willturnthe unit off
when the bucket is full, or when the bucket is removed or not replaced in the
proper position.
The bucket must be replaced in the proper position for the dehumidifier
to work. The light will be on and the dehumidifier will not run if the
bucket is not in the proper position.

1. Empty the bucket manually.
When the bucket is full, pull out by
grasping the handle and empty it
into a large sink or tub and then
replace it properly.
Do notremovethebucket
whileoperating thedehumidifier.
It can causewaterto dropon the
basepanor thefloor.
Emptythebucketwhentheindicator
lighttums on.
It is advisable to carrythe
bucketby supporting itfrom the
bottomas well as bythe handle.
Carrying by onlythe handlemay
causethehandleor bucket coverto
break.

Attach a length of garden hose to the threaded drain hose
connector to carry water to the drain.
1. Remove the drain hole cover.
Whenattachedto the drain hose
2. Connecta garden hose to the
threadeddrain hose connector.
3. Push the drain hose connector
tightly intothe drain hole on Rear
Gdlle.
connector, do not bend or kink the
hose.
The hose should lie flat from the
dehumidifier to the drain.
Thedrainhoseconnector
will accepta standard gardenhose
fitting.
Donot overtightenthehosewhen
connecting it to thehoseconnector;
usea rubberwasherand tighten
firmlybyhandwithoutstripping the
plastic threads.
