BatteRy & cHaRGeR Safety WaRninGS • The longest life and best performance can be obtained if the battery pack is charged when the air temperature is between 18 - 24ºC. Do not charge the battery pack in an air temperature below 10ºC or above 40ºC. This is important and will prevent damage to the battery pack.
litHium BatteRy and cHaRGeR Safety featuReS over charging protection This feature ensures that the battery is never overcharged. When the battery has reached it’s full charge capacity the charger will shut off protecting the internal components of the battery from being damaged. over discharge protection An internal component of the battery pack is an over discharge protector.

cHaRGinG tHe BatteRy The multi head tool has been shipped in a low charge condition. Charging is required prior to use. initial charging Ensure that the charging cradle (9) is on a flat surface. Insert the charging jack (8) into the charging cradle (9) . Plug the charging adaptor (7) into a power outlet.
pRepaRation & Set-up attaching the Battery caution: Ensure the variable speed trigger (5) is not depressed during insertion or removal of the battery (2). Insert the battery (2) into the battery recess in the multi head tool until it clicks into place (Fig. 2). Fig.

pRepaRation and Set-up Removing the tool Heads Slide the attachment lock (1) to the unlock position and hold. Twist the tool head and pull it away from the multi tool body. (Fig. 5) Fig. 5 note: The symbol on the tool body indicates the correct direction to twist the head in order to unlock and remove it.

pRepaRation and Set-up Using the hex key (17), tighten the locking bolt (16) by rotating in an anti-clockwise direction (Fig. 8). Fig. 8 Removing your accessory Loosen the locking bolt (16) with the allen key (17) by rotating in a clockwise direction.
multi Head tool opeRation Variable Speed trigger Turn on the multi head tool by depressing the variable speed trigger (5) (Fig. 9). To turn off release the variable speed trigger (5). note: The speed of the multi head tool can be controlled by changing the pressure applied to the variable speed trigger (5).

multi Head tool opeRation Set the desired direction of rotation by rotating the ratchet forward/reverse selector (25) (Fig. 11). Turn on the tool by depressing the variable speed trigger (5). Fig. 11 multi cutter Head The multi cutter head has been designed for cutting carpets, plastics or cardboard. WaRninG! Keep hands, hair and loose items of clothing clear of the multi cutter head.

multi Head tool opeRation multi function Head Sanding note: Refer to the “Preparation and Setup” section of this manual for selecting the correct sandpaper. Always test on a scrap workpiece before using on your workpiece. Avoid applying excessive force to the tool. Allow the sander to do the work.

multi Head tool opeRation Scraping note: The scraper blade (13) is designed for scraping surfaces and the removal of soft materials (eg. paint, glue). Ensure you only apply light pressure to avoid cutting the surface. Ensure the scraper blade (13) is clear of the workpiece. Turn on the tool by depressing the variable speed trigger and wait until the motor reaches the desired speed.

multi Head tool opeRation Removing drill/driver Bits Remove the battery (2) from the multi head tool. Loosen the keyless chuck (18). Remove the drill or driver bit. caution: Do not handle drill bits without gloves as drill bits and other accessories are sharp or can be hot after use.
