Step 5
a) Place the body assembly (I) on the cart assembly.
b) Align the holes on Cart left panel (B) and Cart right panel (C) with the holes on the body
assembly (A), then insert one bolt (AAA) into each hole. Tighten by hand until secure.
c) After securing all bolts, tighten all bolts by screwdriver.
d) Insert the regulator/hose assembly into the hole on the

a) Align the holes on
Left side shelf
Tighten by hand until secure.
b) After securing all bolts, tighten all bolts by screwdriver.
c) Repeat procedure to assemble
(T).
Step 7
a) Loosen six pre‐installed bolts on the body assembly (I) about 1/4 length.
Hook left and right panel on it.
b) Align the holes on the left and right panel with the holes on the body
assembly. Insert a bolt (AAA) into each hole and tighten by screwdriver.
Step 9
a) Insert the
Side burner (N) as picture shown.
b)
Align M4 Flat Washer (EEE), M4 Lock Washer (FFF), and M4 Nut (GGG) with the holes
on right shelf.
c)
Insert a M4 Bolt (BBB) to each hole (4, total) and tighten by screwdriver.

Step 8
a) Align the holes on the knob seat (M) with the holes on the right side shelf and
side burner valve. Screw one M4 bolt (BBB) and a Flat washer (EEE) into each
pre‐drilled hole.
b) Tighten the bolts using the
screwdriver provided. Insert the
side knob (DD) into knob shaft
of valve.
Step 10
a) Place the four heat plates (O)
inside the grill on the burners.
b) Place the cooking grid (P) inside
the grill on the heat plates.
c) Insert the four feet of warming
rack (Q) into the holes on top of
grill body.
