Assembly Instructions - Tera Gear GSS2020 Manual

Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is
fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver provided if
necessary.
Estimated Assembly Time: 30 minutes.
Step 1
a) Align the holes on the
Cart base
Lock washer (DDD), and M6 Flat washer (CCC). Tighten bolts by hand
until secured.
b) After assembling all four wheels, make sure two swivel wheels are
locked during whole assembly.
c) Tighten all bolts by screwdriver.
Step 3
a) Align holes on the Front beam (E) with holes on the Cart left panel (B) and
Cart right panel (C). Tighten all bolts by screwdriver.
b) Align the holes on Door Handle (F) with holes on Door (H). Screws the M6
bolt (AAA), M6 Lock washer (DDD), and M6 Flat washer (CCC). Tighten all
bolts by screwdriver.
c) Align the holes on the Cart left panel (B) and Cart right panel (C) with M6 bolts
(AAA). Tighten all bolts by screwdriver.
d) Insert the lower bolt on the cart door (H) into the hole on the Cart Base (A).
e) Push down the upper bolt on the cart door (H) and align the bolt with the hole
on the Front beam (E).

a) Loosen six

c) Align the holes on the
(AAA). Tighten all bolts by screwdriver.
Step 4
a) Align holes on the Car Panel Support (X) and holes on the
M6 bolts (AAA). Tighten all bolts by screwdriver.
b) Align holes on the Car Panel Support (x) and Cart right panel (C) with M6
bolts (AAA). Tighten all bolts by screwdriver.
c) Repeat procedure to assemble Car Panel Support (x) and Cart left panel (B).
