This limit switch cuts all hydraulic power when the side access
door is not closed.
Note:Some units can be equipped with a proximity switch.
Location:
The side access door limit switch is mounted on the side door
frame.
Testing procedure:
1. Open the side access door approximately 2 inches (5 cm)
and attempt to operate any hydraulic function. All
hydraulic functions should be disabled.

NJURY OR DEATH MAY OCCUR IF YOU ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE BODY
WHILE THE PACKER OR ARMS ARE WORKING
2. If all hydraulic functions are not disabled, the limit switch is
faulty and must be replaced.
Target Adjustment procedure:
1. Adjust limit switch height until the target enters the limit
switch when the side access door is closed.
2. Perform the testing procedure mentioned above.
