WITCHING THE MIXER ON OR OFF
WHEN TAPPING CUPS
When drawing off both cups and jugs,
you can choose to switch the mixer on or
off. Mixing provides a layer of froth on the
coffee, for example. If you do not want a
layer of froth, then switch off the mixer.
(The mixer spins briefly before stopping.)
Always switch on the mixer when using
ingredients with a high dosage, such as
chocolate. Failing to do so results in
blockages.
