1.13 Maintenance
It goes without saying that the machine
and the accessories have to be kept
thoroughly clean.
1.13.1 D
AILY MAINTENANCE
− Cleaning:
• Remove the plug from the wall
socket.
• Clean the inside and the outside of
the machine with a moist cloth, if
necessary with a non-abrasive
and/or non-aggressive detergent.
Then wipe the machine dry with a dry
cloth.
− Wash with brush and hot water, or use
an ordinary detergent:
• Glass decanter
• Drip-tray
• Loose parts, see the fold out sheet.
Remove these parts as follows:
1. Remove hose (4.3) from the
mixing basin (4.2).
2. Pull mixing basin towards you to
remove the extraction aperture
(4.1.1) from the hole.
3. Twist the mixing basin (4.1+4.2)
back and forth to remove it.
4. Pull the outlet (4.5) carefully off
the mixing chamber (4.4) by a
rotating motion.
5. Remove the mixing chamber
(4.4) by turning it to the right
and pulling it towards you.
6. After cleaning replace the parts
in reverse order.
− Cleaning program:
• Perform the rinsing program every
day, see § 1.8.1, Starting the rinsing
program.
1.13.2 W
EEKLY MAINTENANCE
− Wash with brush and hot water, or use
an ordinary detergent:
• Perform the procedure for removing
the loose parts, see step 1 - 5 of the

daily maintenance.

1. Remove the mixer (4.6) at the
same time as the base plate
:
:
(4.7) by turning it to the right
and pulling it forward.
2. Clean these parts.
3. Clean the axle (4.8).
4. Replace all the parts in reverse
order.
5. CARE! The mixer (4.6) contains
a dot (4.6.1). Slide the nut onto
the axle with the dot aligned to
the flat side of the axle.

LEANING THE INGREDIENT
:
CONTAINER
− Before refilling the ingredient
container:
• Use both hands to lift the ingredient
container carefully out of the
machine, slanting it forward slightly.
• Use the brush that came with the
machine to remove residue from the
ingredient container (2) and the
corkscrew (plastic) or spiral (metal)
(2.3). Never use water or detergent
to clean this part of the machine.
• Replace the container in the same
way as you removed it, but in the
reverse order.
• Make sure:
− the connector (2.4) fits correctly
over the toothed wheel (2.5) in
the rear.
− the fixing lug of the container falls
into the slit of the panel.
1.13.4 R
EMOVING AND CLEANING
VENTILATOR
1. Remove the plug from the wall socket.
2. Take the ventilation grate (21.1)
between thumb and index finger,
press the sides a little inwards, pull it
forward and remove the grate.
3. Take the ventilator (21.2) between
thumb and index finger and pull it
carefully out of the ventilator casing.
4. Clean the ventilator and its casing
thoroughly using a brush.
