brake lines, brake disks,
brake pads, and rims.
With OE BMW Motorrad Inte-
gral ABS:
When installing the wheel,
make sure not to damage
the ABS sensor cable, ABS
sensor wheel, and ABS
sensor.
Insert spacer bushing 6 into
wheel hub.
Roll front wheel into front
forks.
Raise the front wheel, install
the quick-release axle 5 and
tighten to the appropriate
tightening torque.
Quick-release axle in axle
mount
37 lb/ft
Tighten axle clamping
screw 4 to the appropriate
tightening torque.
Clamping screw for quick-
release axle
14 lb/ft
Lower front wheel.
Ease brake calipers onto
brake disks.
With OE BMW Motorrad Inte-
gral ABS:
The cable of the ABS
sensor could chafe
through if it comes into
contact with the brake disk.
Make sure that ABS sensor
cable is routed correctly.
Carefully route ABS cable.
Install mounting screws 1
and tighten to appropriate
tightening torque.
