Performing Recording and Playback in Connection with the V-Mixer (2)
You can connect the R-1000 inline between your digital snake units and your V-Mixer to record and play back audio.
• Recording The R-1000 records audio from the inputs of the digital snake units. The audio channels from the digital snake units will also be
throughput to the V-Mixer's A and B ports.
• Playback
Tracks played back in the R-1000 will be routed to the REAC A and REAC B ports of the V-Mixer.
In this scenario, you can use the virtual preamp function of the R-1000 to adjust track playback volume using the preamp gain
controls of your V-Mixer. Any adjustments are reflected in the digital snake units preamp.
