Remote controlling the recording
Open the popup screen on the V-Mixer to remotely control the R-1000.
Track settings
Open the recording patchbay of the R-1000 from the V-Mixer. Assign input 1 through 40 coming in from REAC port A on the R-
1000 to recording tracks 1 through 40. In this configuration, the R-1000 will be recording the 40 sources that are assigned in the V-
Mixer's REAC A Output patchbay. These outputs will become inputs to the R-1000's tracks. NOTE: Because the R-1000 is being
used as a Split location, it will not be able to play tracks back into the V-Mixing system; it will record only.
* It is easy to assign these channels using the auto map function. Use [F-7] of the V-Mixer's function button to call up the auto map function.
