Error Log (Minor)
SMDR disconnects for the following reasons.
a)
RS-232C cable is not connected.
b)
RS-232C cable is defective.
c)
Printer is turned off. (including out of paper)
No answer from the card when the PBX executed Echo
Back test.
LPR ROM checksum error occurred.
LPR RAM failure occurred.
Card disconnects because of card connection error or
defective CPU card.
LPR modem failure occurred.
LPR memory checksum error occurs because of defective
LPR RAM.
LPR runaway occurs when the LPR software executed
illegal instruction.
The PBX could not reset the card properly.
The PBX synchronized with the card in vain.
The PBX received illegal card type from the card.
The PBX received data downloading error from the card.
The PBX received start-up error from the card.
DISA OGM lost occurs for the following reasons.
a)
Power failure or power-off for long duration (6-7
days)
b)
Defective backup battery for DISA card
c)
OGM was not recorded after the installation.
OPX power down occurs because of power-off of
external OPX Power Unit, or defective OPX card.
OPX bell power down occurs because of power-off of
external OPX Power Unit, or defective OPX card.
