Possible Cause
Thermostat is not setup properly
Unit is Operating and Blows Evaporator Air, but the Supply
Air is Not Colder Than the Return Air from the Cellar
Possible Cause
Thermostat not setup properly
Compressor not operating
Condenser airflow is blocked
Head Pressure (HP) switch is open

Solution
Turn on switch
Check circuit breaker and wiring
Plug in the unit
Solution
Check wiring for loose, broken or frayed
connections
Check transformer for 24v output to thermostat
Solution
Check thermostat setup in the guide.
Press fan ON switch to check evaporator fan only
