OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENTS
MASTERFLOW CONTROL VALVE
To calibrate each boom section, proceed as follows:
01.Run the sprayer and open the flow to all boom sections.
02.Set the relief lever (1) to the P (pressure) position.
03.Set the levers (2), (3), (4) and (5) to point downward.
04.Check the pressure indicated by the pressure gauge.
05.Choose one of the boom sections and set its corresponding lever to the side (close).
06.The other levers should remain pointing downward (open).
07.Check for pressure variation in the pressure gauge. If so, proceed as follows:
- Loosen the fixing screw of the outlet to the boom section chosen, as shown by the arrow (fig. E).
- To increase the pressure, turn the knob clockwise (fig. F).
-To decrease the pressure, turn the knob counterclockwise (fig. G).
NOTE: The pressure should be the equal to that shown by the pressure gauge previously when
the nozzles of this boom section were open and should not vary when operating the lever of the
calibrated boom section.
- After calibrating that boom section, set the lever back to point downward (open position).
- Repeat the same operation with all boom sections so as to keep the pressure constant along
the whole boom regardless of the number of boom sections in use.

ATTENTION:Keep the rpm constant while gauging the nozzles flow rate on the boom because this
causes the pressure on the nozzles to vary, thus changing the flow rate.
