2.7 Starting Up the Printer (Startup Guide)

When you power on the printer for the first time after purchase, the display shows the startup guide. The
startup guide is a function to help you through initial printer configuration, such as the date setting, time
setting, loading of ribbon and media.
You can cancel the startup guide and do the configuration later from the menu.
*When you have installed the RTC kit (optional), the time zone, date and time setting screens show.
