Polycom® VVX® 400 and 410 Business Media Phones User Guide

Using the Intercom

You can use the Intercom key to automatically connect with a remote extension.
To intercom an extension, press Intercom from Lines View, dial the number you wish to
Intercom to and then press Enter.
If you are receiving an intercom call, the phone rings, then automatically connects to your
speakerphone.

Returning the Last Call

Last Call Return (LCR) enables you to automatically call back the last incoming call without
having to dial the number.
To call back the last incoming call:
1. Press New Call, then press LCR.
2. You can pick up the handset first, then press LCR to place the call on your handset.

Using Call Queues (Call Queue Users Only)

Phones on 8x8 Call Queues can log in and out of Call Queues if the Call Queue Admin has
granted log in/out permission to the user.
To access your Call Queues Select Applications from Home View, then Call Queues.
To log into a Call Queue Press the Login button.
To log out of a Call Queue Press the Logout button.
