Pour in perlite beads insulation until it
reaches lintel height. (22-1)
Reinstall front face panel, drill canopy
edge with carbide bit (supplied), and
install hammer pins (Part # 17) as indi-
cated. (22-2 & 22-3)
Make sure the Cera-Foil fibre blanket
is tight against the refractory compo-
nents and then pour Perlite infill behind
the blanket to fill the airspace between
the blanket and metal sides of the
BCC. Stop frequently to stir and pack
the Perlite, making sure there are no
air spaces left without Perlite fill.
