of a Bellfires fireplace. It does not serve as a substitute for the necessary professional
judgment and skills of a trained installer. Instead, it should be used in conjunction with
standard safety considerations including, but not limited to, applicable state or provin-
cial and local fire codes, the National Fire Protection Association Standard NFPA 211 or
Canadian Standard B365, building and inspection codes, and the trained installer's pro-
fessional judgment and skills to provide the owner with a safe installation. Please save
these instructions for any future repairs or use.
Safe and efficient operation of the Bellfires® BCC fireplace and its associated compo-
nents mandates installation of this unit in accordance with this installation guide.
Proper installation requires an installer skilled in standard construction techniques.
The installer must read and understand the contents of this manual before starting the
installation.

investigate the requirements for installing a factory-built fireplace in the homeowner's
