CHAPTER 4. OfficeServ 7400 Functions
Mailbox Creation
Specify the name of a newly created mailbox (up to 32 characters).
Enter the name in the 'Create New Mailbox' field and click 'Add'. Verify that the mes-
sage notifying that the mailbox is correctly created is displayed and the name is dis-
played in the 'User Mailbox' list on the upper part of the screen.
Mailbox Change/Removal
Change or delete the existing mailbox.
8 Address List
This function allows the subscriber to create an address list
Select Group
Select an address group to change the name or delete the address.
Change Group Name
Delete Group Name
Select All
Select all addresses from the address list. If this function is enabled, all the addresses
will be checked.
Selection Cancel
Cancel address selection. If this function is enabled, the checked addresses will be un-
checked from the address list.
Delete Address
To delete an address, select it and click the 'Delete' button.
Transfer Address
Change the address group.
Add Address
Add new addresses. If this item is clicked, a separate window will be displayed.
A~Z
Retrieve addresses starting with a specific character from the address list.
