You can print out a series of status information for the mymail.
Register Report
User account Report
Configuration Report
Scale Report
SD Report
Error Report
Important parameters and postage used information
(see also Chapter 8).
Set up accounts and their postage used data.
Machine identification and information about software
version, for outside line seizure and access control.
Information about rate table (only for mymail with scales) .
Technical information important for service.
Determined machine errors.
Select "Menu" in the main menu and
confirm.
Select "Reports" and confirm.
Select the report you want to print and
confirm.
Place a folded sheet folded edge first in
the letter slot.
The mymail prints the selected report.
