10.3 Update rate table
If you retrofit your mymail with a scales you have to load the rate table for postage
calculation in the mymail. You get the "Rate Table" with the scales from Francotyp-
Postalia.
If postage rates change, you have to load a new rate table for correct postage
calculation. Order this from Francotyp-Postalia.
The Scale report contains data of the currently stored rate table. Read
Chapter 10.12 "Printing reports".
(only for mymail with scales)
Select "Menu" in the main menu and
confirm.
Select "Configuration" and confirm.
Select "Load from card" and confirm.
Select "Rate table" and confirm.
Insert the "Rate Table" card in the card
reader. The chip must face the rear.
Confirm insertion of the card.
The mymail loads the data for the rate
table from the card.
The data are loaded.
Remove the card.
